1. Apoie toda a parte posterior da coxa direita na cadeira e não apoie o glúteo. Estique a perna esquerda. O calcanhar direito deve ficar na direção do meio do arco do pé esquerdo. Se isso não for possível, avançar com o pé esquerdo para frente, até o joelho esticar. </div>

2. Erga os braços na altura dos ombros, com as palmas para baixo.</div>
<div style="text-align: left;">
3. Gire o pé direito 90 graus para a direita e o pé esquerdo levemente para a direita, mantendo a perna esquerda estendida e com os músculos na altura do joelho, firmes. O joelho direito, deve ficar alinhado com o calcanhar direito.</div>

4. Estenda as mãos para os lados, como se duas pessoas o estivessem puxando de extremos opostos.</div>

5. Volte o rosto para a direita e olhe para a mão direita. Estique totalmente os músculos posteriores da perna esquerda. A parte posterior das pernas, a região dorsal e os quadris, devem ficar alinhados.</div>
